‘ello Dearies.

Completed and burning an infernal hole in my pocket, Necropoly has officially moved into the next phase: pairing it with the literary agent.

For those of you who have never been through such a process, let me tell you, it is a uniquely time-chewing challenge. Although early days, I have learned quite a bit. For one, a writer had better have his query letter mastered and possess a fine understanding of this incredibly finicky and gate-kept industry. While I have not been too impressed with many of the players, I am by one agent. He appears to be the most open-minded and, most imperatively, art-first-minded of the lot. He also seems to be a nice fellow who knows what it is to be on the fringe, an outsider. Of course, one never knows until they truly know, if you knowww what I mean (that we are the same age, born in the same month and are guitarist/songwriters is kind of neat too).

I will soon be sending a Nercroply care package to his Assistant/him to discover if we are meant to team-up and detonate the beast. If so, poor, poor world. The white-hot smoking crater left behind will be history’s most massive mess to cleanup; but ohhh boyeee, the long-range fun to be had! Stay-tuned, Dear Art Lovers, stay-tuned...
